Digital Products
Sarah DiCicco Photography specializes in digital products, including Lightroom presets, editing tools, educational resources, and downloadable content. All digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase.
Because our products are digital, no physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
License
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product.
- Install the presets on your personal computers and devices.
- Use the presets on your own photographs.
- Use the presets for both personal and commercial client work.
- Create finished photographs edited with the presets.
- Share, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, gift, or transfer the presets to another individual or business.

- Modify or repackage the presets for resale under any name.
- Claim the presets or any portion of the collection as your own work.
Each purchase is licensed to one individual photographer. Additional users must purchase their own license.
Intellectual Property
All Lightroom presets, educational materials, videos, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, written content, product descriptions, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah DiCicco Photography.
All content is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of our products is strictly prohibited.
Educational Content
Our educational resources are intended to teach editing techniques and creative workflows. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, or republish any portion of our educational materials without written consent.
Product Compatibility
Our presets are designed for supported versions of Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic. While we strive to keep our products current, we cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated software versions, unsupported devices, or future software updates released by Adobe.
Editing results will naturally vary depending on camera manufacturer, camera profile, lighting conditions, exposure, white balance, and the quality of the original photograph.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

European Union Customers: If you reside in the European Union, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase when you have expressly consented to the download and acknowledged that doing so waives your right of withdrawal, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
